I support the advancement and eventual RFC publication of this draft. I support it for the same reason I support the publication of draft-ietf-tls-ecdhe-mlkem: the credible cryptographic community supports both. After they are deployed, the cryptographic community will continue to look for and report actual weaknesses, and the operational community will adjust their deployment based on credible reports. This is how the IETF has made cryptographic algorithm and method choices for over 30 years.
